I have just downloaded Jade 6 from their server. When installing, I put in the licence key etc and then press next. The installer then begins installation, almost straight away the installation disappears and nothing happens. Why?

I wonder if the Install Shield file was corrupted during the download?

It's a pretty standard Install Shield process so I wouldn't expect there to be problems like this - I've installed it several times without problem on different machines. I presume you have Admin rights on the machine in question?

Have you tried downloading the Install Shield file again?
