Can anyone shed light on what the following popular jommsg log entry means?

JomLog: Process does not have the increase quota privilege

This message means the JADE Node has been run from an account that doesn't have the rights to increase certain resources. This indicates that the account under which this JADE Node is running does not have either Administration or Power User rights on this server.
